If you are a person with a disability, an employer, or an advocate looking for advice on employment issues, Job Accommodation Network can direct you to free one-on-one consulting, via telephone, email, video, and online tools. The website is also full of resources, advice, and policy guidelines on job accommodations for people with disabilities who are employed or seeking employment. Along with suggested accommodations for various disabilities, toolkits, and webcasts, JAN maintains a library of resources for employers, individuals, and others on understanding Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) policies.

Job Accommodation Network is a service provided by the US Department of Labor’s Office of Disability Employment Policy. JAN helps people with disabilities enhance their employability and shows employers how to capitalize on the value and talent that people with disabilities add to the workplace.
