CMDIT logoCMD-IT is the national Center for Minorities and People with Disabilities in Information Technology that is focused on the following under-represented groups: African Americans, Native Americans, Hispanics, Pacific Islanders, and People with Disabilities. The center is comprised of corporations, academic institutions, government agencies, and non-profits.

Their visionĀ is to contribute to the national need for an effective workforce in computing and IT through synergistic activities related to minorities and people with disabilities.

CMD-IT offers various programs, such as a Student Professional Development Workshop, resources, such as a toolkit on increasing women and minorities in the computing field, and stats and trends for various groups around this topic.
